Warranty, Returns & Shipping

WARRANTY has one of the very best eletronics warranties in the business.

• Everything else comes with a 90 day warranty.
• Hard Drives, both included with

• Batteries purchased New include a 90-Day Warranty from date of Invoice.
• Within 14 Days of the invoice date Discount will provide a return shipping Label
for Repairs and Exchanges. Outside of 14 days all Warranty Claim Shipments to
Discount/ are the responsibility of the customer.
Confirmed Defective Returns: If a product return is tested and verified as being defective, it will be
repaired or replaced at Discount Electronics discretion.
What is not warrantied:
• Any issues caused by customer mishandling, abuse and/or installed software are not warrantied.
• Products that do not exhibit the described reason for the return.
• Products with missing, damaged or illegible serial number label and/or manufacturer model or
part number label.
• Products with physical damage (if damaged in shipment, contact customer service immediately
upon receipt).
• Defective items returned for warranty claims will be promptly repaired or replaced solely at’s discretion. All returned items must be received in original condition.

• All Return Requests should be submitted via email. Please include your Order Number in the message. This information allows us to accurately all items must returend in 14 days after purchase date in orginal condition no broken damage each
and efficiently process the return.
• We must receive the returned product before a replacement will be shipped or Credit is applied.

Note: Any non-consumable product may be returned to within 14 days of the invoice
date, at the purchaser’s expense, if the product was ordered incorrectly or is simply no longer needed. 
• ALL Refunds will be payable with Store Credit only. In-store returns will be provided a Discount
Electronics gift card and will be for the product price (and tax) only.
• Online / Internet Order Returns will be provided Store Credit directly to their account that can be
accessed by logging into the account using the email address originally provided. (So please
verify email address provided is correct.)  A store credit will be issued for the price of the product(s)

minus 15% or $15 restocking fee, whichever is less.

• The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

• Item(s) must be received in original condition and in original retail packaging.
• Item(s) should be securely packed.

All Internet Orders placed before 3:30 pm Central Standard Time (CST) are typically shipped the same please note shipping cost is non refundable paid to carrier
business day (Note: we do not ship on weekends).

Please note:

• UPS does not deliver on weekends nor holidays nor do they ship to P.O. Boxes
• USPS (US Postal Service) does not deliver on Sundays nor holidays, and is not insured
• If you require an Overnight Shipment please call us once the order is placed and we will
provide a quote for the price difference and process a payment if approved.
• Once your order ships, will send you an automated email with
the UPS / USPS tracking information. You can track your order from the shipper’s web
• We only ship within the U.S., U.S. Territories
outside of the Continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska will likely require Freight Shipping and
you will be contacted about the pricing.

• The customer satisfaction team is open Monday through sunday 7 days week online from
9:00am to 5:00pm CST, except holidays.
